Birthday Party

3 hrs£50

Run your own creative session for up to 12 participants, or offer a more traditional party without art for up to 20 people. We supply the space you bring the people, food and ideas.

Art materials and an artist can be arranged for an additional fee.

BYOB is welcome, however please note this venue will always have work in the space so please go easy!

This is a 3 hour booking to enable your own setup and clear up to keep costs low. A cleaning service is available if required.

Please note that our building is a shared space with our Artists so it is not suitable for groups that require complete silence or privacy. We also have our own program of events and offer the main space hire around these commitments.

Our space is fully accessible, has an accessible brew station with microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. We have a disabled toilet with baby change. We have a commercial printer for A4, A3 and laminating available for use.

We expect people to leave the place clean and tidy with the dishwasher loaded to help keep our prices low, although a cleaner can be arranged for larger events.

Our main space is suitable for groups and events for up to 12-16 seated / 40 people standing.

Where do I even begin.. We recently celebrated my daughter’s 6th birthday at OT Creative Space, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough.

From the very beginning, communication with Lynda was excellent. She was so friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to, making the whole planning process effortless. She gave us some great ideas for activities the girls could do, and we chose to have an artist lead the session.

On the day, everything was set up and organised beautifully. The artist had planned the activities, guided the girls throughout, and made sure everyone was involved and having fun. The girls had an amazing time and were so proud of what they created!!

Lynda took care of everything, which made the whole experience completely stress-free for us. It was such a well-run, enjoyable party, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend OT Creative Space to anyone!! Thank you so much Lynda, Safa and her friends had the best time!!

I have put on a couple of workshops in the last few months at OT Creative Space. It is a really fantastic space, a nice room with good facilities for a small group to use, and very reasonably priced. Lynda was very flexible and accommodating, and made it really easy for us to use the space. It's great to have a resource like this in the community.
